Meet The Team
GRACE
"Ignite means inspiring others into action."
Grace is the founder of 'Ignite The Movement'. She is also a Social Worker and Program Supervisor for a Community Center in Queens, NY. "Ignite" began with a vision, a series of eye-opening events, and by the prompting of the Holy Spirit.
Grace is a God-fearing woman with a passion for community organizing, encouraging, empowering, advocating for and supporting others in their various ventures.
Ignite is a platform created to support others in actualizing their love for Jesus Christ and to help others understand God’s love for mankind.​
OLUWATOBILOBA
“Ignite is a moment of kindling the fire young believers have yet to realize has been there all along.”
Tobi is a young servant living in the overflow of God’s grace. He recently obtained his Master of Public Health degree from New York University. In 2024, Tobi launched Job 29, a nonprofit organization addressing social isolation and poor mental health among young men. He also leads Omo Oba Entertainment, a solo venture that spreads the gospel through entertainment as an MC and event host. Above all, Tobi is committed to using his gifts and calling to be a light that breaks strongholds of darkness.
ETHAN
"Ignite is a reminder to set before the LORD a fire that must burn continually and never go out. May we light a flame that draws the attention of all mankind back to God."
Ethan is a Cornell University Alumnus, currently working as a design engineer in the Electrical Sector. As a minister, he has a deep passion for seeing an entire generation pursue the Lord wholeheartedly. He has a heart for the development and empowerment of people in order to walk out a fully integrated form of our faith and hope in God.
SOLOME
“Ignite is an opportunity to awaken a deeper passion for God, and inspire a generation to live boldly for Christ.”
Solome is a Cornell University alumna and is preparing to apply to medical school. She has a deep passion for serving others and is especially interested in how medicine and religion can work together to pursue healing. She is passionate about a vision of the Church that embraces healing as both a physical and spiritual calling, bringing restoration, hope, and compassionate care to individuals and communities.
TOFUNMI
“Ignite is about an encounter with God. It is a chance to enter the secret place and have your heart kindled with an ever-burning fire—by and for Jesus.”
Tofunmi is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and serves as the Lead Servant for Ignite. She is passionate about seeing others come to know God personally and be transformed into His likeness. Called to ministry by God, she currently serves as a minister at Christian Community Church in Ithaca. Tofunmi finds joy in teaching children, singing, dancing, laughing, organizing, fellowshipping, and using her creative gifts to advance the Kingdom of God. ​Through Ignite, her faith continues to be stirred as she partners with God in the revival He is already bringing to New York City.

MADELYN
“Ignite is about recklessly abandoning all that we know to dwell in the all-consuming fire.”
Madelyn is an early professional and alumna from Cornell University. She is a licensed minister at Christian Community Church of Ithaca, where she has helped establish Bible studies and college ministries on both campuses. She carries a call to intercession, a burning heart for revival, and a passion for mentoring others in both spiritual and physical health—especially through educating others about gut health.​ Ignite has allowed Maddie to continue contending for revival, that we may become the generation “who seek the face of the God of Jacob” (Psalm 24:6).
YOLANDA
“Ignite is where I found God and saw youth like me worship boldly. I learned that loving God doesn't mean dimming your light—it means letting it shine brighter.”
Yolanda is a student at the Sophie Davis Biomedical School of Education, pursuing a medical degree. Yolanda joyfully serves in her church community in every way she can—whether through praise dance ministry, support, or simple acts of service. Ignite has helped Yolanda grow spiritually and express her love for God through movement, leadership, and deep connection with others.
Brian
“Ignite is a movement for revival. Calling on our generation to keep burning for the Lord, for our God is a consuming fire.”
Brian is an Ithaca College Alumnus, where he majored in integrated marketing and communications. He developed expertise in branding, social media, and strategic communication. He is passionate about content creation and enjoys using creative ways to bring the youth to Christ, build community, and share meaningful messages.
