IGNITE 2018: I Am The Spark!

1 Timothy 4:12 says "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity". 'Let no one despise your youth', means more than just despising the fact that you're young. It means to let no one despise your views, thoughts, ideas, actions/even reactions! 'But be an example to the believers' means to answer the question-- What is leadership? More than innovation and the confidence to act first. Leadership means being able to fully serve others even when it is uncomfortable. Furthermore, 'In word, conduct, love, spirit, in faith, in purity', means to not only imbibe these virtues but to live in them.
